Drawing on our wealth of experience in temporary dental staffing, in 2019 we
launched our permanent recruitment service. Jenny joined us as our business relationship manager. Having previously been a longstanding dental practice manager herself, Jenny has a firm understanding of the resource challenges faced by the modern dental practice.

Crowns is completely dedicated to serving the dental industry and over the last 10 years we have built long-term, trusted relationships with many dental practices and dental groups across Yorkshire and the North West. Maintaining relationships with dental professionals is just as important and we have ongoing contact with those who are available or proactively looking for a new role to ensure both parties are ready should a role become available. The relationships we have built gives us a strong pool of candidates that we can call upon and our networks mean that we have a broad reach when it comes to advertising new vacancies. Our expertise lies in matching candidates whose capabilities and ambitions align with the objectives and future goals of your dental practice.

Our process

With nearly all new roles, we request you attend a face-to-face or virtual meeting with our relationship manager so that we can have a comprehensive chat about the kind of person you are looking for. If you are looking for a direct replacement of an existing member of staff, then we can look at what worked well, what didn't and what kind of attributes you would be looking for in a replacement. If you are creating a new role then you may benefit from our role development service in which we develop a full job description on your behalf. For those practices looking to become more efficient or looking to expand in the future, we can also offer a full review of your staffing structure and job roles.

What we include in our service

  • Submit CVs to you for your review

  • Arrange interviews between yourselves and the candidate

  • Offer the position and manage unsuccessful candidates
